Ce site s’appelle ainsi en raison de l’abondance de coraux mous ornant le récif, il donne l’impression d’une foret. Les coraux ici sont a la fois dur et mous avec du corail de feu ( faire attention car si vous passez trop prés en shorty ca peut faire mal ) des gorgones et des Alcyonaires. Sur le fond, vous pourrez voir des requins pointes blanches de récifs au repos. Tout au long du site vous verrez des bancs de poissons fusiliers et il y quelques Napoléon faisant le tour des plongeurs, en espérant recevoir un œuf car habitue par les guides ( effet néfaste pour le poisson soit dit en passant ). Vous pourrez également observer des murènes géantes, des diodons.
